Guidelines You Must Follow For The Interest Of Our Members and Group

1. Our group is operated in many different venues. To protect the interest of our group and for safety, all federal/state/local laws and venue policies should be followed at all times. Remember, It's best to leave parks and venues better than we found it.

2. Our group prides itself on being family friendly, Especially when in public.  Conduct yourselves appropriately by avoiding discussion of subjects relating to crude acts and foul language.  There's a time a place for that. Meet-Ups in public isn't it.

3. While we rely on members to conduct themselves in the interest of the group, You can still be banned from the group as deemed fit by administration. We will make EVERY ATTEMPT to mediate issues on a case-by-case basis before going to extremes. We NEVER want to be forced into taking action(s) on our members and we graciously ask for your help in resolving issues before they get out of hand.

4. Unwanted advances of a romantic or sexual nature, whether mentally or physically, is never welcomed. This also includes directly messaging members for the purpose of engaging or soliciting such unwelcomed behavior (Including, but not limited to advertising, scamming, spamming, etc.). Ask members before messaging them, it's the polite thing to do!

5. Discrimination based on sex, sexuality, race, age, ethnicity, and such will NOT be tolerated in any form.

6. While we are not big on hierarchy, We still have rules to protect our interests and members. We are not lawless. If you have an issue with someone, we foster open communication strongly. If needed, A staff member will happily act as a mediator between two or more members who need to work out an issue.  These rules are not meant to be a biblical list of things we will ban you for, but rather, is a common sense guideline for what we all expect to keep the group running smooth.

7The possession of non prescribed drugs, alcohol, or other substances is prohibited during public functions. Alcohol may be allowed if we have an event where alcohol is sold and allowed to be consumed (In moderation!).

8. If you've been deemed of bad moral character by breaking rules, laws, or causing other issues in another group, you may be subjected to being banned or disallowed to join our group.  Group admins collaboratively share information about users who have been reprimanded in order to protect the interests of our group.  A violation in one group may result in the same action(s) being taken in our group.  This is on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of the administration.

If you need clarification on these guidelines, wish to provide input on anything here, or need further assistance, PLEASE reach out to a group administrator so we can help you. We are here to help you!

Just use common sense and remember the golden rule: Treat others as you would want to be treated!
